The Customer Forum is accessible to all users, and allows you to post questions, ask for help, and share ideas. While we do monitor the forum we do not make any guarantees as to response time to forum posts.
The Priority Support System is available to all users with a Microdata Evangelist or Lifetime subscription. We guarantee to respond to all tickets within one working day. You will find the link in the support menu.

No problem, we have a short-term support subscription which gives you access to our Priority Support System. This is available to all users, at a cost of £15 per two week period.
